7-Day World Tour

7-Day World Tour

A different culture's practice each day

What is it?

A week-long journey of discovery through one practice from each of the world's seven great wisdom traditions. Each day touches the heart of a different culture through one of SendenSana's existing practices.

Why practice it?

Inner practices don't belong to a single culture — from Zen to the Sufi tradition, from Indian yoga to indigenous peoples' bond with nature, humanity has sought the same silence through different paths. This journey lets you experience that diversity in a single week.

The 7-Day Program

Day 1 — Zen (Japan): Posture and silence, the art of stopping the mind at a single point
Day 2 — Indian Yoga: Nadi Shodhana, right-left breath balancing (a thousand-year-old pranayama)
Day 3 — Sufi (Middle East): Opening from the heart to the divine, at 963 Hz
Day 4 — Tibet: Sacred geometry, visual focus from the mandala tradition
Day 5 — Contemplative Tradition: The silent prayer of unconditional love (metta)
Day 6 — Indigenous Traditions: A rooted, ancestral bond with nature
Day 7 — Universal: "What am I?" — the single question where all traditions meet

How to Practice

Set aside 10-15 minutes each day for that culture's practice. You can change the order, but completing a full week without breaking it preserves the wholeness of the experience.

Things to Keep in Mind

This is not a cultural comparison but a journey of respect for our shared human heritage. Experience each practice within its own tradition's context, with curiosity and humility.
