Who am I?
Mirror Work is one of the most powerful tools on the human journey of self-knowledge. It is a practice of confronting the truth at your core by moving beyond automatic behaviors, social masks, and conditioned patterns.
For most of our lives, what we call "I" is actually a sum of our conditioning, habits, and others' expectations. Mirror Work exists to hear the real "I" beneath these layers — to take the first and boldest step on the human journey of self-knowledge.
"The physical body I see in this mirror is my vehicle. I am far more than it. I am ready to see my essence with absolute honesty toward myself."
Sincerity and honesty are the foundation of this work. Start with 5 minutes a day for the first 7 days, gradually increasing to 15 minutes. Carry the practice into your daily life — when facing events, ask yourself: "Why did this happen to me? What do I need to see?"
