Guided Meditation

Guided Meditation

Mindful awareness

What is it?

Guided meditation is a mindful awareness practice. It offers two modes:

🎵 Music Practice: Practice on your own accompanied by meditation music. You choose the duration and music style.
🎬 Guided Video: Step-by-step meditations led by expert guides — body scan, chakra balancing, yoga nidra, and more.

Why practice it?

Regular meditation reduces stress, strengthens emotional balance, increases awareness, and enhances the body's capacity for self-repair. Scientific research shows that even 10 minutes of daily practice creates measurable changes in brain structure.

Before You Begin — Intention

"I do this practice to show myself compassion and to hear my inner voice. These few minutes belong only to me."

How to Practice

1. Sit in a comfortable position. Spine straight, shoulders relaxed.
2. Choose your mode: music on your own, or a guided video?
3. Close your eyes. Consciously slow down for the first three breaths.
4. In guided videos, follow the guide's instructions. In music practice, let the music carry you.
5. Don't open your eyes immediately when the practice ends. Stay for a few more breaths.

Things to Keep in Mind

The goal isn't to "empty" the mind but to notice thoughts and let them go. Every moment of noticing is a success.
