Seven weeks, seven chakra depths
This journey hasn't opened yet; it is still being prepared. Below we explain how it is built and what will be waiting for you when it opens.
The idea is simple: the 7-Day Chakra Journey gives each theme a day, and this programme gives it a week. Seven weeks make forty-nine days. Returning to the same theme seven days in a row lets you see things you wouldn't notice in a single day.
A short practice eases the moment, but a habit takes time to settle. Periods of forty and forty-nine days appear in many traditions: in Sufism the forty-day retreat known as chilla, and in the Tibetan tradition the forty-nine days of the in-between state after death. The number here is no magic; it simply follows from giving seven themes seven days each.
The sounds in the programme come from Sonat Mundi's Inner Healing album series. Each week's recordings are built on that week's tone; some lean on piano, others on a plain sound texture. Until the programme opens, you can listen to the series on Sonat Mundi's YouTube channel.
Forty-nine days is a long time. We don't promise a great transformation; learning to pause regularly and look at yourself is valuable enough. Here we use the word "healing" to mean inner peace, not the treatment of an illness.
Finishing the 7-Day Chakra Journey first is good preparation.
Keeping at it doesn't mean being perfect. Days you miss don't spoil the programme.
Note: The practices here are for rest and for coming back to yourself. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have a health condition or take medication, follow what your doctor tells you. If you feel unwell during a practice, stop.
