Choose a practice and begin your inner journey
For your own practice without a guide: breath studio, silent sitting, dhikr counter, sound and body.
First notice your body, then your mind, then what lies beyond. Five stages; start wherever you like.
Programmes of several days: one step each day.
A shared forty-day path through body, thought, heart, expansion, meaning and service. Everyone starts on the same day, with the same practice each day.
SendenSana wants to be more than a relaxation app: a companion on the way to knowing yourself. The path moves through five stages, but no one has to walk them in order; the path begins wherever you begin.
In Sufism this inner journey is called seyr-i sülûk, and its aim is the insān-ı kāmil, the complete human being. The same search lives on under other names in Buddhist, yogic, Christian mystical and Stoic traditions. Here we offer practices from these traditions together with their sources: different paths up the same mountain.
This is neither a treatment nor an initiation into an order; each practice means only as much as your own experience of it. If a moment becomes difficult, stopping is also part of the path.
